As a real estate professional and a Realtor, I am always excited for new investments in real estate in Bacolod City and in Negros Occidental.
So, I was happy to be invited by Suntrust Properties’ Assistant Vice President for Visayas-Mindanao Operations, Eng’r. Leonora P. Rodriguez, to a groundbreaking of their Fountain Grove which was held on March 12, 2016.
Fountain Grove is a 24.54-hectare residential project developed by Suntrust Properties, Inc. in Brgy. Zone 15, Talisay City, along the Bacolod-Silay Airport Access Road (BSAAR) will cost at least P2 billion for the land development and amenities.
Fountain Grove is part of the 50-hectare Northill Gateway township development project of Megaworld Corporation, with a P55 billion capital outlay targeted for 2016.
During the ground breaking, Suntrust President Harrison Paltongan said the Northhill Gateway township development by Megaworld is a game changer in Bacolod and Talisay, adding that “when you live in a place, you don’t need to travel to work, shop, to bring kids to school anymore,”

That’s good to hear that Bacolod also booming when it comes to real estate industry. And the developer is really amazing choosing the most accessible area of Bacolod. Homes near the city or with great amenities are usually preferred by most buyers. So wish Suntrust Properties will have more people to help.
